• 20% Down Payment-Purchase
• 80% LTV-Refinance
• Max Debt to Income Ratio 43%
• Max Aggregate Real Estate $300,000 per member

Secondary Market:
• 10, 15, 20, 25 & 30 year terms
• Conventional- minimum 5% down payment
• FHA- minimum 3.5% down payment
• Rural Development- up to 0% down payment
• Investment/Rental- 25% down payment

Special Information:
• Escrows (property insurance, flood, taxes) typically required
• Land Loans- 10 acres or less- Max term 15 years
• Mobile home with land- Max term 15 years
• All loan types require closing costs (costs will vary)
